Support
Stillwall blocks ads, trackers, and annoyances in Safari on iPhone and iPad. It is not a VPN and does not block ads inside other apps.
Requirements
- iPhone or iPad on iOS / iPadOS 26 or later
- Safari — Stillwall works through Safari extensions; other browsers are not supported
- Stillwall Pro is shared across your iPhone and iPad under the same Apple ID, at no extra charge
Enable protection
- Open Stillwall.
- Tap Set Up in Safari (or complete Setup if the app asks you to).
- In Settings, turn on all Stillwall Content Blockers and the Stillwall Web Extension, then allow website access (Allow All Websites) as shown in the app.
- Return to Stillwall. When setup is complete, you should reach Home with category controls (Ads, Privacy, and more).
Home does not show an On/Off protection badge—your choices are the category switches. If setup is incomplete, Stillwall will ask you to finish enabling Safari access. We never claim protection is active when Safari access is missing.
A site looks broken
- Turn off the relevant category switches in Stillwall (for example Ads or Annoyances), or
- Open the Stillwall Safari extension on that site and choose Pause on this site, then Resume when finished.
The Safari extension is the place for a temporary pass on one site—not a global protection badge in Home.
Report an issue
If a site still shows ads or looks broken, open the Stillwall Safari extension on that page and choose Report issue. The report is prefilled with the current site’s domain, and you can review everything before sending. Reports are used only to fix blocking—never to build a profile of your browsing.
YouTube & X ads
Pro blocking for YouTube and X applies in Safari websites only, not the native YouTube or X apps.
